• Scores and audit findings — SEOAI Scores, Web Search Scores, audit results, and recommendations generated from crawling publicly available website data.
• SEOAI Pages — publicly accessible business profile pages generated from information you provide.
• Scan and campaign data — AI mention tracking results, intent campaign metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide the Service — run audits, generate SEOAI Scores, create SEOAI Pages, track AI discovery.
• Communicate — send account notifications, score reports, product updates, and support responses.
• Process payments — manage subscriptions and billing through our payment processor (Stripe).
• Improve the Service — analyze usage patterns, debug issues, develop new features.
• Ensure security — detect fraud, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms of Service.
• Comply with legal obligations — respond to lawful requests from authorities.

3. Public Information and SEOAI Pages

When you add a Client business to the Platform, you may choose to publish an SEOAI Page. Published SEOAI Pages are publicly accessible and contain:

• Business name, domain, industry, and location.
• Business summary and description.
• Schema.org structured data (JSON-LD).
• AI-readable metadata (llms.txt).

This information is intentionally made available to search engines, AI systems, and the general public. You control publication through the dashboard and may unpublish or delete SEOAI Pages at any time.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• Location — Data is stored on servers hosted by DigitalOcean in the Singapore region.
• Encryption — All data in transit is encrypted via TLS/SSL (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms.
• Access control — Platform access requires authentication. Administrative access is restricted and logged.
• Backups — Database backups are performed regularly to prevent data loss.

While we implement reasonable security measures, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Data Retention

• Account data — retained for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after deletion to allow recovery.
• Score checker leads — email addresses and scores from the free checker are retained for 24 months for lead management purposes.
• Audit and scan data — retained for the duration of your subscription and 12 months after cancellation.
• Payment records — retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.
• Server logs — retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use the following types of cookies:

• Essential cookies — required for authentication and session management.
• Preference cookies — store your language selection and UI preferences.

We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function correctly.
